My package has been returned to the sender. Can you please reship my product or refund me?

If you receive a notice stating that your package has been returned to the sender, you must continue to monitor the delivery and we will reship once we receive it. Please be patient and wait for the status to change; if you request a refund at that time, we will do so once it arrives in our warehouse. We will re-ship your item for free (US, UK, AU and Guaranteed EU customers).
